At Sri SMA Industries, we specialize in manufacturing high-precision components, including armature shafts, pistons, and pull rods, which are integral to various automotive applications. Our products are used in car window lifting motor shafts, gas spring piston rods, radiator motor shafts, wiper motor shafts, car air conditioning motor shafts, fuel pump motor shafts, other DC motor shafts, clutches, and piston rod heads.
Our in-house technical capabilities ensure exceptional quality and precision. We achieve up to 01µm roundness in grinding, less than 10 µm run-out, less than 0.05 mm symmetricity in milling, 3 Rz value in milling, and 0.5 to 2 Rz value after grinding. Additionally, our in-house processes include induction hardening with a 0.4 - 01 mm case depth, threading, knurling, and stamping, allowing us to deliver components that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
